Ginter Hall’s Assisted Living Programming provides seven Levels of Care designed to meet each Resident’s individual needs and can be adapted as the Resident’s needs change.

The assisted living services include individually climate controlled studios, daily housekeeping services, beauty and barber services, three meals served daily designed with senior’s health in mind, as well as a wide selection of weekly activities and optional outings to keep our residents healthy, happy, and active.

Our caregivers are also ready to address any of our senior’s unexpected needs or emergencies. We have physicians, dentists, podiatrists, optometrists, hearing specialists, and therapists to provide on-site medical services. We also have available personal shoppers when needed for resident errands and we offer both furnished and unfurnished studios.

For seniors who require additional care, we offer assistance for Activities of Daily Living.  This caregiving approach allows an assisted living resident greater confidence and the ability to spend more time socializing with other seniors and participating in daily activities.  Our moderate care level includes daily senior needs such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and dining, as well as ambulatory assistance for senior residents with mobility challenges.

For every resident in our assisted living community, we generate individualized care plans that deliver the elevated assistance needed without minimizing the resident’s self-reliance. These individualized care programs help our caregivers preserve each resident’s confidence and dignity as we provide the appropriate level of care to meet their specific needs.

The Associates at Ginter Hall South are key to the quality care we offer our residents. One of our managers has been with Ginter Hall South for over thirty years. A number of other associates have been with the community for more than ten years.
